CHICKEN STEW-MILD
Chicken - 500 g
Onion - 200 g
Green Pepper - 100 g
Carrot - 150 g
Tomato - 150 g
Oil - 80 ml
Kitchen wellness Chicken spice - 3 table spoon
Kitchen Wellness Curry Powder - Mild / Medium(as per taste) - 3 table spoon
Water - 500 ml
or as required
CHICKEN STEW-HOT
(Change) Kitchen Wellness Curry Powder - Hot - 2 table spoon
Cooking method:
Heat oil in the pan;sauté onion, green pepper and carrot until they are half cooked. Add tomatoes and kitchen wellness spices. Stir and mix well, add chicken pieces. When the chicken water is drawn to the pan, add sufficient water and cook until the meat is fully cooked. Add salt to taste if needed after checking.
BEEF STEW-MILD
Beef - 500 g
Onion - 200 g
Green Pepper - 100 g
Carrot - 100 g
Tomato - 100 g
Potato(in cube cut) - 150 g
Oil - 80 ml
Kitchen wellness Barbeque spice - 3 table spoon
Kitchen Wellness Curry Powder mild/medium (as per taste) - 3 table spoon
Water - 1000 ml or as required
BEEF STEW-HOT
(Change) Kitchen Wellness Curry Powder - Hot - 2 table spoon
Cooking method:
Boil the beef with water until cooked by 3/4th and keep aside. Fry the potatoes in oil and keep aside. Heat the pan and pour oil. Sauté with onion, green pepper and carrot until half cooked. Add tomatoes and kitchen wellness spices. Stir and mix well; add beef pieces. Add sufficient quantity of water and cook until meat is fully cooked. Add the fried potatoes and boil for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste if needed after checking.
Instead of beef, Lamb / Mutton / Pork / Game meat can be replaced.
